Do we need all three phases?
No. Sandbox and pilot are optional. You can start directly in production once scope, data approvals and operating rules are agreed. Without a pilot, the two pilot agents are not included. There is no automatic move to the next phase.
What determines the compute package?
Planned AI usage: documents, agent runs and conversations. Headcount does not trigger additional licence fees. Specific allowances, support and contract terms are set out in the quotation. Compute capacity can be adjusted easily to actual usage.
Are these binding prices?
Prices and scope require confirmation in a quotation. This page shows the starting price and the costs of the agreed phases. An approved quotation establishes deliverables, dates and contract terms.
When are payments due?
The plan places the pilot investment at pilot start, integration at production start and subscriptions at their respective operating start. It assumes payment in the following month. Actual payment terms require contractual confirmation.
Do we build the agents ourselves?
Tyming builds the agents today. Agent Studio is a roadmap idea, not a confirmed customer product. No Studio fee is therefore included in these prices.
What do we need to clarify before a quotation?
The task, data sources, authorised users, operating model, IT connections, capacity and business acceptance criteria. This lets you understand both one-time and recurring costs.
