This notice describes the current information website and its contact options.
Accessing the website requires processing technically necessary connection data, including your IP address, the requested file and the time of access, to deliver the content to your browser. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is making the website available and operating it securely.
The local preview server does not retain persistent access logs.
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message; providing your company is optional.
We use received information to answer your enquiry, advise you about the requested subject and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation or business relationship. Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR applies to contract-related enquiries. For other enquiries, Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR applies, based on our legitimate interest in handling business communications. This also applies to contact details of people representing a company.
Local settings and analytics
Your explicitly selected light/dark setting is stored locally in your browser under “tyming-study-theme” to retain the appearance you requested. This setting is not transmitted to us or used for analytics. You can remove it by clearing website data in your browser. The legal bases are section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG for the requested appearance and Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR where personal data is involved.
The current website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and product images are served locally with the website.
Recipients and external booking
We do not sell your contact details or disclose enquiries to third parties for their independent advertising. Where necessary to operate services and handle emails, appointed technical providers may process data. Disclosures required by law and processing necessary to protect legal claims remain possible.
The appointment button links to an external Microsoft Bookings page. Opening the link takes you away from our website; the provider then processes data under its own privacy notices. The current link points to a Bookings account. Booking is optional; you can email us instead. No Microsoft booking form is embedded on our website.
Retention
We keep received enquiries only as long as handling them and the resulting business communications require or make sense. We then delete the data unless statutory retention duties or storage necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims apply. Such data is restricted to those purposes. Deletion depends on completion of the matter and the applicable statutory periods.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw any consent you have given with effect for the future.
Contact info@tyming.ai to exercise your rights. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, work or an alleged infringement. In Baden-Württemberg, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de). There are no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, including profiling.
Security and updates
We restrict access to received enquiries to people who need it to handle them and apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Please do not send particularly sensitive or confidential information by ordinary email without prior agreement.
We update this notice when contact channels, hosting or services change. Before introducing analytics or newsletter services, we will update this notice and the necessary technical settings.
